Our Senior Leadership

Anthony Salas

Associate Pastor

Anthony Salas has been involved in ministry for more than 35 years. He planted and pastored a church that was geared toward people who didn't normally go to church and was blessed to see many people discover they wanted a relationship with Christ. For most of his ministry he focused on teens and young adults with an emphasis on reaching those from under-served areas of the city.

His youth ministry centered on discipleship, outreach and missions and he has had the privilege of leading more than a thousand students and adults on overseas trips to share the love of Christ around the world, from Paraguay, South America to Si Racha,Thailand and many places in between.

Additionally Anthony has led more than 20 teams into major inner city areas in Miami, Orlando, Atlanta, & Washington, D.C. to work along side local ministries in reaching people with the love of God in some of the neediest areas of our nation. For relaxation, Anthony likes to go long-distance bicycling and reads voraciously, especially books about social history and philosophy.

Dave and JEANNE Spangler

Associate Pastor

I went to Sunday school as a child, but I was 50 years old when I accepted Jesus as my savior! I have been fortunate to have been mentored by many great pastors and teachers. I was an Elder at Peace Mennonite Church in Elyria, Ohio for 10 years; then an Elder at Trinity Chapel (now Faith Christian Fellowship) for 10 years. I was ordained by the Conservative Mennonite Conference in February of 2017, and currently serve as the Associate Pastor of FCF.

God has instilled his peace in me at a level far beyond anything I ever imagined. My main goal is to share that peace with the world; and mentor other people to receive, understand and fully experience that same peace. I promised God that I would walk close to him the day I accepted Jesus as my savior. I enjoy helping other people come to salvation, and enhance and grow their Christian life. We want to grow vegetables, feed the hungry, preach and teach the Gospel, heal the sick, raise up young leaders, and bring all cultures together to praise and worship God.
